The easiest way to contact the ON24 technical support team is to submit a case through the support center. You can access the support center by logging into Webcast Elite, clicking on the account icon in the upper right-hand corner and selecting “support” from the menu.
Once clicked, you’ll be directed to our support center. From there, click on “get technical support” and submit a case.
